Easy Sausage Rolls
These sausages rolls are a super simple recipe that you can whip up in no time, but still leave everyone impressed.
Ingredients
- Ready rolled puff pastry
- 6 pre seasoned sausages of your choice
- 1 tsp of Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
- Nigella seeds
- Egg wash
- Salt/ Pepper
Method
- Remove the skin from your sausages, mix in a bowl with Grey Poupon Dijon mustard, salt and pepper.
- Spread the mixture into the centre of the pastry in a sausage shape. Brush the long edges of pastry with egg wash.
- Fold over, cut into roll shapes and brush with egg wash and fork the edges to secure the pastry together.
- Sprinkle with nigella seeds and bake in the oven at 180C for 22-25 minutes
