Easy Sausage Rolls

These sausages rolls are a super simple recipe that you can whip up in no time, but still leave everyone impressed. 

Ingredients

  • Ready rolled puff pastry
  • 6 pre seasoned sausages of your choice
  • 1 tsp of Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
  • Nigella seeds
  • Egg wash
  • Salt/ Pepper

Method

  1. Remove the skin from your sausages, mix in a bowl with Grey Poupon Dijon mustard, salt and pepper.
  2. Spread the mixture into the centre of the pastry in a sausage shape. Brush the long edges of pastry with egg wash.
  3. Fold over, cut into roll shapes and brush with egg wash and fork the edges to secure the pastry together.
  4. Sprinkle with nigella seeds and bake in the oven at 180C for 22-25 minutes
