Ingredients :

For the dressing:

  • 2 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Grey Poupon Wholegrain mustard 
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to season 

For the salad:

  • 4 peaches, halved and stoned
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 g parma Ham 
  • 50 g rocket salad
  • 1 burrata, drained and torn

Method:

  • Place all the dressing ingredients in a small jar and shake well until combined.
  • Light a gas or charcoal grill to medium heat.
  • Brush the peaches with olive oil and place on the grill. Cook for 3 minutes on each side and remove from the grill.
  • Arrange the peaches, prosciutto, burrata and the rocket salad on two serving plates and drizzle with Grey Poupon honey-mustard dressing.
  • Serve with a good quality sourdough bread on the side if you like.
