Grilled Peaches with Parma Ham, Burrata, Rocket Salad and Honey Mustard Dressing (serves 2)

Ingredients :
For the dressing:
- 2 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Grey Poupon Wholegrain mustard
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to season
For the salad:
- 4 peaches, halved and stoned
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 100 g parma Ham
- 50 g rocket salad
- 1 burrata, drained and torn
Method:
- Place all the dressing ingredients in a small jar and shake well until combined.
- Light a gas or charcoal grill to medium heat.
- Brush the peaches with olive oil and place on the grill. Cook for 3 minutes on each side and remove from the grill.
- Arrange the peaches, prosciutto, burrata and the rocket salad on two serving plates and drizzle with Grey Poupon honey-mustard dressing.
- Serve with a good quality sourdough bread on the side if you like.
