Ingredients :
For the salad :
- 100 g millet
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 200 g broccoli florets, cut into smaller pieces
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 300 g (one can) broad beans, drained and rinsed
- 1O g fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 100 g feta cheese
For the mustard dressing:
- 3 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Grey Poupon Wholegrain mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
METHOD:

1. Place the millet into 300 ml of fresh water in a medium size pot.
Put on the stove, cover and bring to boil. Turn the heat down and
simmer for 15 minutes. - 2. Remove from the heat and leave it to steam for 15 minutes.
- 3. Uncover and let it cool completely.

4. Meanwhile, heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a medium size pan over a
medium heat and add the broccoli florets. Stir fiy for 3 minutes,
add minced garlic, cook for I more minute. -
5. Add the broad beans and fresh mint to the millet, mix well and
transfer to a serving plate. - 6. Mix all the dressing ingredients together.

7. Top the salad with cmmbled feta cheese and Grey Poupon mustard
dressing. - 8 Serve and enjoy.
